My wife Shelby has an extremely fine quality of taste. She had been gifted a very fine quality of balsamic
vinegar from the Napa Wine country that she loved, but was never able to order again after it was discontinued by the winery. For many years she purchased the finest available, but was always disappointed. When I visited a friend I returned to my birthplace St. Helena and sought out a gift for my beautiful wife, and happened on this store. I was overwhelmed by the selection of balsamic vinegar available, and was perplexed which to select. Until alas, I noticed a smart young looking woman who know exactly what she was there for. The VSOP BALSAMIC. It was the most expensive in the store and I knew it was the answer to my quest. We have a running joke in our family. My wife will always select out based on her judge of quality the most expensive without before knowing what the price. I presented it to her with some trepidation and her with a skeptical face. She and I were both surprised, our search was over, and years later we are still ordering several at a time, surprised how they ship unbroken and gifting a few of them to our only special of friends.

This is literally the best balsamic I have ever had...my "go-to" balsamic for everything!
