Arbosana Varietal Olives were introduced into California in the early 1990’s in very small amounts, mostly used for Table Olives. Between 2004-2005 a significant amount of Trees allowed for larger volume Production in California. Arbosana olives are cold-pressed to craft our richest most flavorful Olive Oil-capturing the full fruitiness of freshly harvested green olives, with gentle bitter and pepper notes. Hints of almond, herbs and green tomato make this Varietal a great addition for sautéing vegetables, drizzling over garden salads, grilled artichokes or bruschetta.
