Olivier's marinade in fuses Robust Cabernet Sauvignon, Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic, along with a medley of aromatic herbs and spices Enhancing Bed, Pork, Poultry, Fish, Vegetables and Tofu.
To use: Add 1/2 to 1 cup of marinade to every 3/4 to 1 lb. of protein. Place in a resealable plastic bag or covered glass container and refrigerate. For meats, marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight. For poultry, up to 1 hour. Fish and seafood may marinate up to 30 minutes, and vegetables up to 1 day. Grill, hake or broil for a delicious dish.
