Olivier's marinade infuses Cilantro, Hot Pepper Sauce, Tangy Orange juice and Aged Sherry Vinegar, along with zesty island seasonings Enhancing Beef; Fork, Poultry, Fish, Vegetables and Tofu.
To use: Add 1/2 to 1 cup of marinade to every 3/4 to 1 lb. of protein. Place in a resealable plastic bag or covered glass container and refrigerate. For meats, marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight. For poultry, up to 1 hour. Fish and seafood may marinate up to 30 minutes, and vegetables up to I day. Grill, bake or broil for a delicious dish.
